Goal-Oriented Planning
From the outset, we help you plan your recovery goals with realistic timescales and achievable steps, sharing the load and supporting you every step of the way.
Collaborative Report Review
Once we complete the draft Initial Needs Assessment (INA) report, you will have the opportunity to review it before it is finalised. The final report is then sent simultaneously to your solicitor and the insurer for consideration.
Commencing Case Management
Upon receiving the go-ahead from both parties, we commence case management, ensuring a smooth and effective path to recovery
